Delivery Service

Free Delivery:

We offer free delivery for purchases over HK$1,100.  Should the order does not fulfill the above stated minimum amount, a delivery charge of $80 shall apply.

• Kowloon: HK$80
• Hong Kong Island: HK$80
• New Territories: HK$80

Delivery is not available for below remoted areas.  Please provide actual delivery address for confirmation.

Kowloon and New Territories:

• All rural areas, Ma Wan, Lau Fau Shan, Sha Tau Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau, Sai Kung and Clear Water Bay

Hong Kong Island:

• Mid-Levels, The Peak, Stanley, Tai Tam, Shek O, Jardine's Lookout, Repulse Bay, South Bay and Deep Water Bay, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Tai Mo Shan, Fei Ngo Shan, Kwun Yam Hill, Discovery Bay and Airport

Delivery Schedule:

Earliest delivery can be arranged on the next day upon the receipt of payment.  In case of the rest day of the courier or other emergency issues, your order will be delivered on the next day.

Delivery timeslots:

1. Before 6pm
2. After 6pm

Please note: 

- No other timeslots or a specific time can be arranged, thank you!

- Should the delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address or no recipient, an extra costs of $150 will be incurred for a second delivery.  No self pickup or face trade can be arranged.  $150 handling charge is required for any cancellation of orders once the items are dispatched from our warehouse.  

Return Policy:

All sales are final, no exchange or refund.  Should there be any quality issue on our product, please provide photo evidence and apply for an appeal within 24 hours upon the receipt of items.  Please be aware that all late submissions will be ignored.  Thank you!
