• It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18 in Hong Kong.  By placing an order through the phone, email and Pegasus-Wine.com, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above.  The Customer shall ensure that no person will use his/her login to purchase alcohol products.   A person aged 18 or above must be present to accept delivery or Pegasus-Wine.com reserves the right to withdrawn the transaction.
• All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Pegasus-Wine.com reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.  In the occasion that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order we will notify you by phone before your requested delivery date.
• The Customer is responsible to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages.  Pegasus-Wine.com shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.
• All sales are final, no exchange or refund.

• The materials (including all software) and services at this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, merchant-ability or non-infringement of intellectual property.  
• Pegasus-Wine.com does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the materials, information or services at this Site.
• Pegasus-Wine.com may make changes to the materials and services at this Site, or to the products and services described in them, at any time without prior notice. 
• Due to the high volume of transactions in red/white wine from our shop, there is a possibility that we are not able to update the vintage of the red/white wine or other information on our website on time.  Please ask our staff for confirmation if you have a specific request on the vintage.  Should you have not added any remarks or raised your concern on the vintage at the confirmation phone call, we will distribute the goods according to our inventory.  Please do not place the order if you cannot accept the above arrangement.  Thanks!
• These terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
